  • ½ cup grated carrot or finely chopped carrot
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup filtered water
  1. Add all the ingredients to a powerful blender and blend until smooth.
You can nuts such as pecans or walnuts – this will add some healthy fats and fiber.
To make this dairy free remove the yoghurt add a 1 tbsp nut butter or a cup of nut milk to increase the protein content.
To make it thicker add more ice, to thin the texture add more water.
