I am a qualified dietitian and fitness enthusiast. The content of this site is well researched and carefully considered based on my experience and training in medical nutrition. Often I share my thoughts and individual opinion. This shall not be construed as individual medical advice and I recommend that you engage directly with a medical practitioner should you require such a service.

Content which might present a conflict of interest:
On occasion, products will be sent to me for free (to be featured in a video or blog post). In such an instance, I will disclose that this is the case and will provide an external link to the featured product. This may also be an affiliate marketing link and I will be compensated for any sales that originate from my website.
I undertake to act with integrity when featuring a product in exchange for compensation. The content of my review shall remain unbiased and I will also not review all products. I shall endeavour to provide unbiased opinion to my subscribers and endorse products that, based on my experience, are worthy of endorsement.
When I publish a sponsored post, the content shall contain full disclosure.
