This is my go-to smoothie that I have for breakfast most mornings. I love it because it is very quick and easy to prepare and it doesn’t require a huge number of ingredients. Also the ingredients are ones that I usually have in my fridge so no need for a trip to the supermarket. It is so refreshing and easy to drink. It is also packed full of nutrients so it’s a great start to the day and the fibre and B vitamins it contains are likely to keep your blood glucose levels stable throughout the morning.
