- 8 bags green tea or any herbal tea
- 4 cups boiling water
- 4 tsp xylitol
- 4 cups assorted fresh fruit, such nectarine wedges, lime slices, blueberries, raspberries, shaved cucumber
- 1 liter plain or sparkling water,chilled
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh mint or 8 to 10 mint sprigs
- Add tea bags to boiling water and allow to infuse & cool. Remove tea bags and once cooled pour into large jug. Add sparkling water xylitol and fruit of choice. Enjoy!
