ICED TEA SODA

Ingredients
  • 8 bags green tea or any herbal tea
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 4 tsp xylitol
  • 4 cups assorted fresh fruit, such nectarine wedges, lime slices, blueberries, raspberries, shaved cucumber
  • 1 liter plain or sparkling water,chilled
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh mint or 8 to 10 mint sprigs
Instructions
  1. Add tea bags to boiling water and allow to infuse & cool. Remove tea bags and once cooled pour into large jug. Add sparkling water xylitol and fruit of choice. Enjoy!
